Seeing open defiance from Sec Def, and a poorly worded letter from the Joint Chiefs, mutiny allowed to simmer, without severe consequences is an inevitable outcome. All people who wear the uniform wear the same uniform and take oaths to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. It seems some do not recognize the enemies from within.
