Someone tell me if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, but this is what I've taken from these two Q posts. I put it to an infographic (which was sloppily done before) and have since updated it to be cleaner.
Whoops, I'm really sorry, I really hate to keep reuploading this but I missed a crucial highlighting in the last one that needs to be fixed or else it takes away from the delivery.

My theory on these two Q posts: Puppetmasters get their puppet politicians to weaken police departments in order to reallocate that money into the puppet politician's slush funds disguised as social justice programs.
Also, to word that better: It's not that they weaken police departments in order to reallocate that money to politician's slush funds: It's that as PAYMENT for weakening the police, politicians get to reroute that money into their slush funds.
So it's a win win. Foreign gov't gets to weaken police of the US, thus weakening US, and the politician gets rich off it for their trouble.
Thus, the mayors who sold out their country are exposed on the national stage.
Why, the country now infuriated wants to know?
THIS is what leads to arrests! Who allowed it to happen!?
