At this point I almost actually believe the "Obama-Smart-Guillotining-Patriots-and-Dissenters" conspiracy theory.
Think about it. I know it comes across outlandish, but they've already used bioweapons, false flag shootings, arson, strangulation, heart attack guns, poisons, missiles, machetes, knives, chemical weapons and blister agents, torture, and rape to get what they wanted.
Obama is a fucking tyrant. Tyrants have used guillotines, nooses, etc. for centuries to murder dissidents. He is the sort of person to do that, so the concept is at least plausible.
All tge tinfoilers got wrong was the timing and the names. If the guillotines are legit, they were meant to be used by Hillary against her dissidents. Obama never used them, after all.
