Hypothesis i honestly think needs to be taken serious:

Understand the charges being brought on chauvin. Why murder 2? Why would floyd not want to be in his vehicle? If he had a restraining order on chauvin would it be possible the evidence was at the police station that burned down?

Consider public optics and opinion.

Now…what was it he handed that black cop? If what i suggest is true and it end up something like a location of maybe a copy of restraining order? Knowing a hit was coming? If i can see this then he needs eyes on at all times because he may disappear if you catch my drift.
