So now that you acknowledge that there are corrupt Sheriffs and the remedy is not necessarily through the Sheriff's office, please cite the legal remedy available to good cops.

If anyone were to go and demand this of their officers, the officers are going to need to have a firm legal basis for what they are being demanded to do.
