I don't know if Minnesota law allows for that, but I would personally not recognize their claimed powers. They can call the regular police on me, but no way would I follow their orders.
Well if I was locked up for ignoring the orders of a 'special police officer', then I would use the defense that I didn't know who those people are- riots and attacks are happening all over. Ellison and his antifa/terrorist friends will hopefully be in federal prison soon, and that insanity will end.

I wonder if they are trying to get rid of the police, and install NAACP and others as 'special police' replacements. I had thought they wanted no police, but coupled with what Frey apparently did, it would make sense.
