Frens - PA anon here. Had our primary on Tuesday. Saw 4 poll watchers - none of which I knew, and I live in a small town. All were young - none would give eye contact - none looked friendly. Close to some colleges, so the DNC could very well have recruited them. Very sketchy - all working on papers in some form. Started to wonder if they were looking up names locally to see where they live. Voter rolls are kept private, but you can look up a name if you have the zip code. They gave me a really weird vibe.
I used to be a committee person, and had the GOP voter list for my district, but was told to keep it under lock and key. Hopefully it's all nothing, but I know most of the people who work the polls, and it was a strange group.
