Just spit balling here.
Could keeping the churches closed actually be a good thing?
By not having them open the trafficking networks have less access to children (ministers/priests who teach children in groups)
What other positives could come from this for "trust the plan" If FISA works both ways could keeping the churches closed work both ways too?
