Possibly. 10th Mountain and 1st are tactical units (ie infantry), but they have strategic assets within them.
Quantico is where FBI HQ is and also the Marine Corps Officer's Candidate School is, but I could see how there might be a MI asset stationed there to support FBI. (OCMC?)
