Easy proof. Cloud seeding exists and is employed in the open. Computer modeling and forecasting exist. Affecting precipitation at will = butterfly effect, accurately predicted by forecasting and modeling. Tech is plausible. Only question is whether they'd actually do it.
First things first. Evil has been allowed to flourish and spread throughout society. We need to deprogram ourselves and each other first. Nobody is sinless. This is an onslaught from hell and we idiots have taken damage.
Society has to recognize that evil is evil. We need to bring back that ill reaction in the gut when faced with evil. We need to look back on our collective stupidity and cringe and be aware of what we screwed up.
This isn't all on the Deep State. We all helped make this mess.
