That seems to sum up the last several of Q's posts and twitter links. A narrative is being created about standing down, about troops and cops not being loyal to POTUS. Some event planned perhaps where he can be declared 'missing' or incapacitated in some way.
Pelosi or Pence to take command if Q team did not intercept.
