52 years ago: THIS DAY IN HISTORY: At 12:50 a.m. PDT JUNE 05 1968 Robert F. Kennedy is shot at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. He was pronounced dead a day later, on June 6, 1968. He was 42. Kennedy was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, also the final resting place of his assassinated older brother, President John F. Kennedy. RIP RFK.
