Matthew Rupert, a 28 year old man from Galesburg, Illinois has been charged with driving over 400 miles to participate in the Minneapolis riots.

Reminds me of the notable from pb yesterday about Richlands, VA, a small town in SWVA that had ATF and FBI swarming all over it after "homemade explosives" were found right outside town limits.

FBI has evacuated residents from their homes as they work over the next two days to remove all the explosive material to a safe distance for detonation.
