Instead of wasting time being called a shill, I have been doing some deep digging on the tunnels at Epstien Island. I saw someone post about the 2.5 tonne air conditioners outside the blue shed. Sparked my interest as an engineerfag. Underground is cold- doesn't need cooled more. Tunnels do need dehumification because the hot, moist island air comes in and condenses all over the fucken place. A nightmare for the super rich and delicate items such as paper or soiled childrens' underwear. If you don't bring in fresh air, that place would smell like a Sasquatch dick and the oxygen levels would drop low with a large enough group of people.
I'm currently doing a search for all the AC units on the island. When I figure out the total tonnes of AC, I can apply HVAC rules of thumb for number of air changes per hour to reverse engineer the total volume of the tunnels and rooms. Wouldn't you like to know how big the tunnels are? I sure do. I'll be back after I sleep to do the calculations.
