One website (https://www.ptindirectory.com/tax-preparers/minnesota/minneapolis-mn/1223490/nevin-c-van-de-streek), uncorroborated so far, places attorney Nevin Van de Streek at that same address, down to the same suite number. It just so happens that Van de Streek was formerly an attorney in, of all places, Minot, North Dakota. And not just any attorney, but the city attorney: https://law.justia.com/cases/north-dakota/supreme-court/1981/9918-2.html Minot is of course well-known for being a Strategic Air Command location and a Process cult center. If it can be corroborated that Van de Streek was based at that same address, it would be very interesting indeed.
