this is a better take. Church certainly isn't free from corruption. I believe it was in Fatima it was revealed Satan would infiltrate the church for 100 years. Oddly the 3rd secret wasn't revealed when asked by the visionary herself (not good faith) and hidden. COINCIDENTALLY shortly before that secret was to be released Pope Pius the XII wrote an encyclical on the Jews which was seen as anti-semetic and hidden until the next Pope released a "better" version.

So I do wonder if the Papacy has been infiltrated, truly sad. The Church is still the seat of Truth though.

it's a matter of theology that Mary was born without original sin. God could not be born of an impure vessel: thus Mary was reserved from before time for her role as Christ's mother. Where Eve had fallen Mary worked with God for our redemption in Christ WHICH she freely chose when asked by Gabriel.

You claim to know Jesus and are ignorant of his most important claims. Read John 6 and tell me he wasn't being extremely literal in speaking about the Bread of Life being his Body and Blood. Many left because of that teaching, weird right? I mean if it was just allegory.

well reason against me, or not you the tradition protestant?

Jesus is the Bread of Life, the Sacrificial Lamb, he implores you to eat the Bread of Life, not the bread of the tribes in the desert. The Eucharist is that bread, it is the body of Christ mystically present in the mystery of our ritual safely guarded for millenia. Your church is devoid of any critical thinking, any mysticism and history and tradition. You place limits on God and say "no that is too fantastic for me" read your bible. John 6
