Personally think they’re damaged beyond repair. We have tried with our relatives but are growing more unhinged, like a hate volume switch was cranked up. It’s bizarre. We have cut ties for our safety. Just today I deleted all their numbers from my phone. Some would say it’s wrong, we need to help them but we have tried and tried to gently reason. They’ve gone off the deep end this past week.
So in a nutshell, some will never change.
