All these military personnel rotating in and out of the Trump administration gave me a thought - does POTUS rotate dirty players in/out of his administration to rotate them under a FISA umbrella?
If I recall Flynn was required to sign a NDA under the Obama administration that is still in effect. If the case is dismissed he could be called to testify in front of Congress. That could legally nullify the NDA.
