I cant wait to see what the new plan is to stop black on black violent crime, as this is a larger % of deaths than by police. It seems like the entire city of MPL is going to disband the police for .0001 % of the deaths of blacks, and that is the only thing preventing intra - black crimes.

Kind of like getting rid of the Human Society because a beagle bit a kid, and forgot about the pit bulls that will not be registered.

Does not seem like a wise plan.
