Translation of Catherine Herridge's pen position/clock position in photo posted by Q.

Didn't see anything in notables so here goes.

Each pen is a hand on the clock. Both point at 5 o'clock. Time is 5:25, OR the message is 5:5. Don't have a copy of the clock so have to ask clock fags, anything on clock at 5:25, or mirrored at 10:55?

One last possibility is 5:5 mirrored as 11:11. I know anons have mentioned that 11:11 means something, but I never picked up on it.
