Even if true (and its probably not), they do pay organizers, training, flyers, signs, logistics, and legal support.

Maybe also buying those used cop cars for Antifa to destroy, and the piles of bricks distributed to march locations.

And maybe some 'petty cash' for team leaders to distribute as they see fit.

 

But literally pay people with specific instructions to riot?

Of course not, that would be illegal.

That phase of the coup is over.

It was an attempt to bait Trump into putting soldiers in cities, at which point something bad would happen against an innocent protester to escalate tensions and public anger.

Probably triggering some new impeachment attempt.

 

But Trump didn't do that.

 

So now they are proceeding with their real objective of descending on DC.
