So this is a copy of this picture and I’m not sure what anyone else thinks, but this looks like on Deck of a boat or yacht or small ship.
This looks to me like the actual Walking Dead, no joke. They are all wearing similar clothes so they are at a retreat having a party or are guests/inmates in a facility. It looks like they are actually eating human beings, just like Hellwood has been getting us used to seeing over the last few years.
