A simple, basic logical analysis based on the words of people like Margaret Sanger should lead you to this: Planned Parenthood is simply not killing enough black people. Reducing policing of urban inner city neighborhoods populated mostly by minorities would result in a major increase in violent crime in those areas ie more minority deaths. Kill them as adults before they can reproduce and allow PP to continue killing those that are conceived.
