Riots couldn't have happened w/o the Rona. Economy was too good. People w/ jobs don't usually protest. Also, the cabin fever exacerbated the explosion of rage. They knew what they were doing. Lest we forget about the convenient excuse every criminal has to wear a mask these days. Also prisoners being released b4 the riots. Seems like the order was good.
