It's hard for me to imagine POTUS doing this. However, Q has repeatedly said that society will only change when it's at the brink.

POTUS may well feel that the population needs to have the shit scared out of it so that it will rally to the flag and the Constitution. Seeing the capital on fire would certainly frighten people, but I'm not sure if it would provoke the response POTUS is looking for.

Even if POTUS were prepared to abandon the city to rioters (and I don't think he is - at all) I still can't imagine the Masons allowing all their spiritually-charged monuments and temples get destroyed.

Maybe there is some logic to the idea that DC has become a satanic power center that is now best exorcised (however people want to understand that) and then abandoned as the capital. However, most normies would perceive POTUS weak/incompetent/scared if the capital were levelled and there wasn't even a direct/obvious attack by a foreign enemy. Things would fall apart rather than get better if DC fell.
