Just listened to Maryland Governor Hogan.

Baltimore has not seen the rioting and looting like other states.

Anons thoughts on this:

1. MD National Guard is there (as well in DC)

2. MD State troopers there.

3. Baltimore went down this road a few years back and had to live with the aftermath.

Liquor stores closed, cvs closed, heavy police presence, etc

1. They were pissed last time at out of towners instigating shit.

2. They have learned not to accept them in their protests.

Other cities are still being played.

Some video is out where protestors are calling out instigators.

Who is the main instigator in all of this?
