POTUS announces pulling out of Syria a few days before 4/7. Why?

He NEVER announces plans; 4/7/17 is when US made strike on Syria for chemical weapon attack.

He knows they love number symbolism. Yesterday was 1-yr anniversary of strike.

Tweets calling it SICK. We know this means it was done purposely by Cabal to fuck POTUS and to start war.
