That first lightning bolt in D.C was packing some serious punch, nothing we've ever seen before. Has anyone figured out what was the building being struck by it? Mayor Bowser's office is not too far away from it that's what I know for sure LOL
False. It struck Washington Monument only after this and you can clearly see Washington Monument NOT being struck by anything on this picture.
