Yep. Turn the important buildings in DC into museums open to the public. Spread the rest of the government throughout the country…no central locations. They have proved that they can work remotely.

If you listened to the Grenell interview (no link), he made the point that the bureaucrats move around from agency to agency because they are all known to each other. They travel within the same circle of influence in DC. Same for the media. Break them up to remote locations and you can break that circle of influence. Make them public servants again.
