Water bottles can easily be filled with incendiary material.

Yes hand sanitizer but the alcohol amped up would become a sticky bomb. Maybe something can gel 90 percent isopropyl and make it look like loose gand sanitizer. Maybe water bottles full of 90 percent isopropyl.
Yes mass poisoning.or a hoax of it. Is there a medical facility in the White House that some could be rushed to but it is a trojan horse attack?
What about the gel that is in catered food warming tray tins. It burns for hours. Hand sanitizer bottles could be filled with it. Or water bottles within pallets of real water.
Maybe this is a part of preemptively cutting them off?
I think gasoline is a solvent to styrofoam. But other things besides water bottles could be used. I was thinking hide in plain sight and pallets of water could be placed and not draw attention. Everything needs to draw attention.
