All Seattle protesters now eligible for free drive-up COVID-19 testing

SEATTLE - Anyone who has taken part in any of the recent protests is now eligible to get tested for COVID-19 under a new Seattle program - whether or not they have symptoms of the disease.

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan said the testing also is recommended for people experiencing symptoms or who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

Under the new testing rules, anyone who has recently attended a large gathering, including recent demonstrations, can get tested.
