I don’t think esper is a good guy

The SS and Park service has over 100 personnel injured with numerous head injuries (according to Bill Barr)

I can understand taking away rifles, but helmets?

He’s setting them up to be injured. There is no excuse for that. Part of the senior leaders responsibility is the safety and welfare of the soldiers under their command.

The only thing that could make sense is if he is saying the public perception of soldiers in helmets is so bad that it outweighs the safety of the soldiers.

Absolutely a no-go in my book. Their are times when a mission requires risk, but what he is doing is taking an unnecessary risk for minimal gain.

This is the same type of leadership that CPT did when he had all his soldiers get down on on knee, pandering to avoid conflict.

I do not agree with this decision. At all.
