In one post, Q said "find the spiders, build the web (map)" which is like a network map (remember Muckety maps?) to show how people are connected to each other. This can be done with persons, businesses, organizations, and that's one reason we were told to "follow the wives" - because they are on various Boards of Directors of businesses and NGOs also and that affords a way to pass messages, etc.
Another meaning proposed for MAP was 'minor attracted person' (pedo).
