Is there any proof he hasn't consulted with the President or has otherwise
disobeyed the President? If not, then how can you come to the conclusion
that he's committed mutiny? As SecDef, he does have that authority,
given to him by law and the President himself when he was appointed
and confirmed to that position.
Maybe you're not seeing what's being done?
