The national guard was disarmed because they are all not up to the challenge of exercising the needed restraint measured against various types of attack. Most NG are not trained or familiar with the restraint needed to avoid a media celebrated massacre of protestors. Some NG are vets of the sand pile or have the training required, but most are newbies or fresh out of training. The forces that matter are already in place under the city, around, and nearby , ready to come forth when required. The media, as well as trained agitators will do everything possible to promote a violent response. We have to hold…and wait until you see the whites of their eyes…and then let loose hell.
