Both live over 500 miles from my wife, mother and I. See them every few years.
100 miles from in-laws with 10 adopted children. I hardly know any of them but in-laws, my wife is the youngest by about 10 years. 400 miles from grandparents. Grandpa is a top level Mason. Grandma grew up Baptist just like I did. I can talk to Grandma, won't breathe a word to Grandpa or talk around him though. Or talk to Grandma over the phone about any of this stuff because I don't know where Grandpa is.
