This is a form of pseudo python.

It appears to be a scrapper of some kind and describes two functions… im tired and ill try my best:

1. To the website 'https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator'

and set the username and password with values from the local environment/config where the script is run. Then upon entering the values it logs in

1. The second method seems to scrape a webpage and looks for a form with an input of url and fetch the information most likely from that html element. If the result is successful such as fetched successfully then the script visits the next page
