The point is that this image shows the current twitter card for the website linked to - meaning every twitter post anyone has ever made any twitter account, any date with this kind of embed to obama.org will currently show this picture. The posting date on twitter has nothing to do with it. So finding this image on a second old twitter post means nothing, other than that this part of twitter isn't broken.
