Considering the SCOTUS ruling that allows govt to disallowed you to worship services b/c Nat. Emergency, that also means govt can eliminate any part of 1A under guise of Nat. Emergency, the S.C. just gave Trump permission to silence media (1A) over Nat. Emergency. He won't do it.
