First of all: Why are we assuming what Q was meaning by his post here? I was not here rt when he posted so i missed the context, but just reading it point blank I did not see a reference to anything to do with the thumbnail picture.
Second: If thumbnail pictures are somewhat randomly selected and constantly updated then how come the thumbnail for this May 18 Obama.org link is not the same as the thumbnail for the May 17 tweet?
