The 23 is the total post by the user, that is why it is the same. Every post by an ID updates each time an ID post.

The numbering system doesn't label a user ID's first post 1, 2nd post2, 3rd post 3, etc.

It is the Total by the ID.

So before the second post, it said 22.

Once the second post happened, it updated to 23.
