I believe Q was reinforcing the dynamic/static theory as a red herring.

The majority (but not all) of the people who commented, tagged, etc on the original archived tweet had archives made of their profiles. Some of them had drastic differences over short periods of time like "Dr. Martin Casas". For some reasons' page whos' language went from "Kannada" (primarily spoken in SW India) in a different language/protected tweets to English/unprotected.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ME. Not sure if I got all of the archived profiles from the original obama tweet and have not checked to see if profiles/tweets/people @'d in the profiles above lead to more archives. With how hard this got shilled it must be important.
