The source of the photo is Christopher Dilts Instagram account @chrisdilts presumably in an album uploaded on May 30th according to Inspect Element but I don't actually have a twitter account so I can't dig further (he posted it on twitter on the 31st and I'm assuming it was posted with the same photos on Instagram, actual date might be the 30th)

If Q's not bullshitting and the comms really weren't for us then it could be signalling surveillance of this guy as someone in the know as he seems to have pretty close contact with Obama and Biden.
