President Trump put Barr on it within hours. The first presser in Minneapolis had Barr's Fed. Attorney, southern district of Minnesota speaking. Second speaker was the FBI Minneapolis Station Chief. Then the locals, Mayor, etc. spoke.

Been many pressers since and the Fed. Minn. Attorney & FBI Station Chief haven't been seen.
