Thinking code wise common sense explains whoever runs o dot org ran the vCard to preview and if white hats control twitter they saw it previewed on the 17 that's why Q selected that date.. then when it went live on the 1st that's when the whole web cached it and also back updated on twitter causing the confusion anons are having with even further back dates.. Q picked the 17th for a reason
