CNN showing a vid of Police in Fairfax County throwing a Black young man to the ground, putting his knee on the guy's shoulder blades, cuffing him, and then tasing him. Virginia State Attorney on CNN saying it's terrible, going to investigate.

Watched the vid. It looks fake & gay. Like it was play-acting. Fairfax County? Didn't we hear a lot about that place a while back?
