Timothy D. Japhet, a lawyer from my home town of Corpus, represented George Floyd as his gaurdian ad litem back in 2016. The George Floyd he represented played football for Texas A&I in Kingsville (just south of Corpus) before the school became part of the Texas A&M system. That George Floyd died in 2016. His sister came down from Minnesota at that time. Rather than retype all the info, here's what Mr. Japhet posted on his facebook after finally deciding he could not hold his tongue any longer, particularly giving what is happening to our country each night. I spoke with Mr. Japhet, a long time Corpus lawyer, for around thirty minutes just now. He has put this info out there, but the media is refusing to play into it, as it big surprise doesn't fit their narrative.
