I believe Q was reinforcing the dynamic/static theory as a red herring (and a way to point frens towards the MI Police Data Leak).

 

The majority (but not all) of the people who commented, tagged, etc on the original archived tweet had archives made of their profiles. Some of them had drastic differences over short periods of time like "Dr. Martin Casas". For some reasons' page whos' language went from "Kannada" in a different language/protected tweets to English/unprotected.
