Did we ever figure out what is the backstory with Trey Gowdy? If you read between the lines with this latest interview two days ago it looks like he was comped. Maybe his family threatened or he was paid off handsomely to retire. With his attitude I don't see him in a role shift for post-OIG indictments, but maybe I'm wrong.
