I can confirm, however, that there was liberal use of zoom and from watching the video I don't feel like there is any way to actually confirm she shook POTUS hand.
If he did that it could possibly convey any more significance upon her than any other person who was there at the event and happened to position themselves in the right position to be at the front of the crowd and greet Trump.
